Enhanced Landscape Maintenance Program (ELM)
Community Reaffirmation Vote
Every five years, the Enhanced Landscape Maintenance (ELM) communities are required to re-evaluate program participation by holding a public meeting. The community must vote to confirm ongoing support for the tax levy.
Only property owners in the Douglasdale community can participate in the Community Reaffirmation Vote.
This vote will be held at the Douglasdale Eaglequest Golf Course on April, 8, 2019 at 7:00 p.m.
In order to participate in the vote, residents will need to validate their property ownership by producing a current driver’s license and their most recent property tax assessment.
