Coaches and Assistant Coaches will be provided with a handbook at the beginning of the season that includes easy warm-up activates, games, and drills for the various levels. Coaches are not required to have an extensive knowledge of soccer; the Timbits program is a fun-first league and focuses on teamwork, sportsmanship, and individual confidence. Most teams will focus on general movement and coordination, with soccer techniques added for more advanced players at the higher divisions.

The responsibility for managing the equipment bag is shared between the Coach and the Assistant Coaches. Equipment Pickup will take place on April 19, and each team must have their Coach attend. If the Coach is unavailable, an Assistant Coach may attend in their place. Assistant Coaches are also welcome to attend even if the Coach is present.

Coaches will have the opportunity to attend a Coach Orientation session prior to the start of the season. More information about this session will be sent out in early March.
