Ice Rink Sponsorship Opportunity — $3,000
Our outdoor ice rinks in Douglas Glen and Douglasdale are among the most-used community amenities during Calgary’s winter months. Families, kids, and recreational skaters rely on these rinks all season long—and your support helps us maintain them, keep them safe, and continue offering free access to the community.
- Two rink-board logo placements at each community rink (total of four signs): Your logo displayed prominently at both DQCA rinks—two boards at Douglas Glen and two at Douglasdale.
- Two full years of exposure with industry exclusivity: Your signage remains in place for two full years, spanning winter skating season, spring/summer dry-pad use, and year-round community traffic. You will receive industry exclusivity for advertising.
- Brand visibility to hundreds of residents: Our rinks attract families, sports teams, and community members from Douglas Glen, Douglasdale, and Quarry Park—providing consistent local exposure in a trusted environment.
- Support for beloved community assets: Your sponsorship directly contributes to rink upkeep, ice maintenance, equipment, and safety improvements.
- Recognition on DQCA channels: Sponsors are thanked and tagged on the DQCA’s website and social media platforms, helping build goodwill and further brand awareness.
- The maximum dimensions of each sign is 3ft x 7ft
- DQCA will coordinate printing and installation of the sign
- The cost is $3,000 + GST for a 2 year period (4 signs total: 2 in Douglas Glen & 2 in DouglasDale
- Logo must be provided in high quality scalable format: .PNG, .SVG, .EPS, .AI
- Businesses that offer benefits to DQCA Members will receive an additional 10% discount for Rink Board Advertising
